What you will do

• Collaborate with clients to define requirements and deliver tailored Ironclad solutions.
• Architect and configure Ironclad platforms including workflows, templates, and playbooks.
• Advise clients on cost/benefit analysis and architectural tradeoffs.
• Manage project delivery across all phases of the SDLC using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Maintain Ironclad certifications and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the internal Ironclad community.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in project and consulting teams.
• 1+ years of implementation experience with Ironclad or DocuSign CLM.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver business solutions across Salesforce clouds.
• 1+ active Ironclad or DocuSign certifications.
• Strong background in Operations, Legal, or Contract Management.
• Expertise in project management and software development lifecycles.
