Focus on bridging the gap between sales proposals and technical delivery through rigorous scoping, AI-enabled solutioning, and detailed Statement of Work (SOW) creation.
Location: Sydney, Australia. Hybrid, remote options available for candidates based in the Philippines and Queensland (QLD)

What you will do
- Translate client requirements from discovery and demos into workable solution designs, technical scopes, and effort estimates.
- Partner with Account Executives on proposals, demos, RFP responses, and commercial discussions.
- Own the sales-to-delivery handoff, ensuring scope, assumptions, and pricing transfer cleanly into the Statement of Work.
- Coordinate with Service Line Directors to integrate specialist input at the right stage of each pursuit.
- Design and deliver demos and proofs of concept (PoCs).
- Build playbooks and solutioning tools to make technical pre-sales consistent across the team.
Requirements
- Experience as a technology or management consultant identifying business problems and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Proven record delivering mid-to-large digital transformation projects, specializing in Lead-to-Cash process automation.
- Demonstrated experience across the full pre-sales-to-delivery lifecycle, from benefit case analysis to post-production support.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Ability to handle a high volume of concurrent opportunities without losing rigour on scope or estimate quality.
- Strong commercial acumen and professional proposal writing ability.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud, MuleSoft, or Anthropic.
- Solution architecture or platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect).
