What you will do

• Serve as the go-to expert on platform capabilities, advising internal teams and customers on best practices.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver technical consultations and support customer evaluations.
• Design tailored solutions and demonstrations to maximize customer value.
• Advise on integrations with tools like Figma, Adobe InDesign, CMS platforms, and automation tools.
• Deepen expertise in APIs and SDKs to help customers solve complex technical challenges.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Management to create scalable technical documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work in a hybrid setup
• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical curiosity combined with a commercial mindset.
• Familiarity with design, automation, or collaboration tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, Make.com, or n8n.
• English fluency required

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs or SDKs.
