What you will do

• Serve as the primary administrator for BambooHR, ensuring high data integrity and system optimization.
• Automate pre-onboarding and offboarding workflows to eliminate manual data entry and ensure compliance.
• Manage day-to-day benefits administration, vendor relationships, and annual Open Enrollment.
• Administer FMLA, ADA, and leave of absence requests in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Support semi-annual compensation and merit review cycles.
• Maintain automated HR dashboards for real-time reporting on headcount, turnover, and benefits utilization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS administration, or Benefits Management.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep experience administering modern HRIS platforms, with BambooHR preferred.
• Strong foundational knowledge of federal and state employment laws, specifically FMLA and benefits compliance.
• Proven ability to build and optimize automated workflows and API integrations.
• High attention to detail with a methodical approach to data management.
