What you will do

• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems with high confidentiality.
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interview scheduling, and contract preparation.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding, including orientation materials and paperwork completion.
• Assist with payroll processing, leave requests, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate training and development logistics and manage attendance records.
• Ensure all HR practices remain compliant with US employment legislation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 2+ years of experience in HR administration.
• Proven proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of US employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
