TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative (SaaS): Driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective suppliers and managing the full sales cycle with an accent on outbound prospecting and objection handling. Focus on building relationships with key decision-makers, conducting product walkthroughs, and consistently meeting individual sales targets.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Lehi, Utah (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand potential suppliers’ needs and address objections.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product walkthroughs and advance the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to align sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Professional phone presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work from the Lehi, Utah office three days a week.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ZoomInfo or Talkdesk.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Coachability and willingness to implement feedback.
