What you will do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, events, and social media to identify high-potential prospects.
- Engage with prospects to qualify their needs and communicate the company's value proposition.
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement strategic prospecting campaigns and prioritize lead routing.
- Manage and track lead generation activities and prospect data within CRM software.
- Schedule discovery meetings for the sales team and ensure a successful handoff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value persuasively.
- Organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage time.
- Proficiency in CRM software and relevant tech stacks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
