TL;DR

Outbound Business Development Representative (SaaS/IT Infrastructure): Identifying and engaging key stakeholders within enterprise and mid-market accounts with an accent on strategic prospecting and high-volume outbound campaigns. Focus on conducting technical first-touch demos, qualifying leads using BANT/MEDDIC frameworks, and orchestrating the sales pipeline.

What you will do

  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, social) using AI-driven prospecting tools.
  • Research targeted accounts to identify key decision-makers such as IT Managers, DBAs, and DevOps Leads.
  • Conduct high-impact, 5-minute technical product demonstrations to showcase value to technical audiences.
  • Qualify prospects using established frameworks (e.g., BANT or MEDDIC) for handover to Sales Representatives.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce and collaborate with global sales teams on pipeline orchestration.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to Marketing and Product teams regarding market trends.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in SaaS or IT infrastructure.
  • Strong "hunter" mentality with the resilience to handle cold outreach and rejection professionally.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts into value-based stories.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and AI-assisted prospecting tools.
  • Must be based in Austin, Texas.
