What you will do
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, social) using AI-driven prospecting tools.
- Research targeted accounts to identify key decision-makers such as IT Managers, DBAs, and DevOps Leads.
- Conduct high-impact, 5-minute technical product demonstrations to showcase value to technical audiences.
- Qualify prospects using established frameworks (e.g., BANT or MEDDIC) for handover to Sales Representatives.
- Maintain CRM hygiene in Salesforce and collaborate with global sales teams on pipeline orchestration.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to Marketing and Product teams regarding market trends.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, preferably in SaaS or IT infrastructure.
- Strong "hunter" mentality with the resilience to handle cold outreach and rejection professionally.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts into value-based stories.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and AI-assisted prospecting tools.
- Must be based in Austin, Texas.
