Salary: $185,000 – $210,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Partner with GTM leadership to define the enablement strategy for the Enterprise and AI platform motion.
• Design and deliver new hire onboarding and continuous learning programs for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Build sales assets including playbooks, pitch narratives, demo flows, and competitive positioning.
• Translate technical AI features and roadmaps into clear business outcomes for CIO, CISO, and Legal buyers.
• Support large enterprise deal cycles through deal coaching, win reviews, and objection handling.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and RevOps to align training with pipeline insights and product launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, enterprise sales, or product marketing.
• Experience enabling Enterprise SaaS sales teams, preferably with AI/ML or security-sensitive products.
• Strong understanding of enterprise procurement and security evaluation cycles (SOC2, HIPAA, ISO).
• Proven success building enablement programs that improve win rates and ramp speed.
• Proficiency with revenue tooling such as Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach.
• Must be based in or able to work in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid).
