Salary: $76,900 – $108,200 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Prepare SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K) including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
• Assist in the preparation of earnings releases, investor presentations, and other external reporting deliverables.
• Conduct research on U.S. GAAP accounting standards and SEC guidance to determine appropriate financial reporting treatments.
• Draft technical accounting memos and policies to document research conclusions.
• Benchmark peer company filings and industry reports to assess disclosure trends.
• Support annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors and maintain internal control documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Active CPA required.
• Big-4 experience required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or public-company SEC reporting.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Workiva (financial reporting platform) and XBRL tagging.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP system.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
