Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote-eligible or onsite in San Jose, CA or Draper, UT)
Salary: $76,900 – $108,200 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do
- Prepare SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K) including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A.
- Assist in the preparation of earnings releases, investor presentations, and other external reporting deliverables.
- Conduct research on U.S. GAAP accounting standards and SEC guidance to determine appropriate financial reporting treatments.
- Draft technical accounting memos and policies to document research conclusions.
- Benchmark peer company filings and industry reports to assess disclosure trends.
- Support annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors and maintain internal control documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Active CPA required.
- Big-4 experience required.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or public-company SEC reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Workiva (financial reporting platform) and XBRL tagging.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP system.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
