What you will do

• Own the end-to-end invoicing process, including billing schedules and proactive monitoring of accounts receivable.
• Lead collections efforts, manage dispute resolutions, and collaborate with Sales and Legal teams.
• Support revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, specifically for consumption-based models.
• Drive month-end close deliverables, including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analysis.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate billing, collections, and cash application workflows.
• Assist with audit readiness and documentation for the company's financial audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience, including revenue accounting in a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606 and consumption-based revenue recognition.
• Proficiency with ERP systems like NetSuite and revenue automation tools such as Stripe or Zuora.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
