What you will do

• Lead and manage the monthly close process and BOD/Sponsor reporting in partnership with Accounting.
• Own the end-to-end annual operating plan and reforecast cycles, coordinating with all stakeholders.
• Optimize and scale the Planful environment with a focus on automating forecasting and reporting.
• Identify and pilot AI opportunities to streamline manual workflows and enhance forward-looking analysis.
• Serve as a finance business partner across functions, providing budgeting and decision support.
• Prepare financial presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of financial analysis experience in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced modeling skills and proficiency in Excel and ERP/Finance applications.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles across all three financial statements.
• Must be based in Bellevue, WA, USA

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Planful.
• Experience in SaaS/software business and exposure to M&A integration.
• Background in public accounting and/or investment banking.
