What you will do

• Partner with Sales, GTM, and corporate leaders to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead annual planning, monthly and quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to track key business drivers and trends.
• Design and build advanced dashboards to improve executive visibility into business performance.
• Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI tools and automation for financial reporting.
• Support headcount planning, resource allocation, and operating expense management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of finance experience, with at least 2 years in corporate FP&A.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience using AI tools to automate processes or reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for building relationships across all organizational levels.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
