Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling financial projections.
• Conduct retention, cohort tracking, and churn analysis to surface trends and inform strategic growth initiatives.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models reflecting underlying business drivers.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders and sales leadership on quota planning and go-to-market financial support.
• Translate complex financial data into clear narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Perform in-depth variance analysis to identify root causes and recommend countermeasures to leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling and scenario analysis.
• Working knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without restriction.
• Located in the Eastern Time Zone.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to automate financial processes.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics frameworks (ARR, GRR/NRR, LTV, CAC).
• Experience with BI or FP&A platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan.
