TL;DR
Senior FP&A Analyst (SaaS): Managing budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analytics for a behavioral health EHR platform with an accent on SaaS metrics and financial storytelling. Location: Remote (USA). Must be authorized to work in the US and located in the Eastern Time Zone. Candidates based in New Jersey or Maryland are preferred.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling financial projections.
- Conduct retention, cohort tracking, and churn analysis to surface trends and inform strategic growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models reflecting underlying business drivers.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders and sales leadership on quota planning and go-to-market financial support.
- Translate complex financial data into clear narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Perform in-depth variance analysis to identify root causes and recommend countermeasures to leadership.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling and scenario analysis.
- Working knowledge of revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without restriction.
- Located in the Eastern Time Zone.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools to automate financial processes.
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics frameworks (ARR, GRR/NRR, LTV, CAC).
- Experience with BI or FP&A platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan.
