FP&A Manager (AI): Managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for a high-growth AI cloud infrastructure company with an accent on complex financial modeling and cross-functional data alignment. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco or San Jose, CA (4 days per week in-office)
Salary: $169,000 – $197,000

What you will do
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles across infrastructure, commercial, and entity finance.
- Consolidate financial forecasts and produce reports on Revenue, OpEx, CapEx, and Headcount.
- Maintain and track company-wide OpEx and headcount models, providing variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly Budget vs Actuals (BvA) reports for executive and board-level review.
- Administer the FP&A planning system and ensure data integrity across models.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis for long-range planning and cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or consulting.
- Extensive experience in constructing complex financial models and interpreting financial statements.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in capital-intensive industries like Cloud, AI infrastructure, or Telecom.
- Prior experience in a startup or high-growth organization.
- Familiarity with SPVs or multi-entity structures.
- Corporate FP&A or public company experience.
