What you will do

• Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed marketing goals for large automotive advertisers.
• Manage and deepen relationships with agencies and direct clients to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Lead campaign launches and provide optimization recommendations based on performance data and competitor insights.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal operations, managing revenue delivery and troubleshooting.
• Educate brands on Reddit's value proposition and advertising best practices.
• Aggregate client feedback to help shape the native ads product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management.
• Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and digital measurement fundamentals.
• Proficiency in evaluating diverse data sets and using Excel.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA.
