What you will do

  • Collaborate with Fortune 500 advertisers to develop and optimize high-impact advertising campaigns.
  • Consult clients on leveraging X's advertising products and sharing best practices for successful execution.
  • Execute and analyze advertising programs using internal tools and dashboards to maximize results.
  • Manage contracts, renewals, and support Sales Finance with payables and collections.
  • Provide actionable feedback to product and tools teams to help scale and improve the advertising platform.
  • Mentor new team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing digital marketing programs for advertisers or agencies.
  • Proven ability to manage large customer relationships, navigate conflicts, and guide business decisions.
  • Track record of translating marketing objectives into measurable results and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Must be based in New York City, NY for onsite work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Fortune 500 advertisers or agencies in retail, technology, or media verticals.
  • Familiarity with X’s advertising products and the broader social media advertising ecosystem.
  • Ability to mentor or onboard team members in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for protecting freedom of speech.
