TL;DR

Client Partner (Automotive): Managing and expanding a high-profile portfolio of Fortune 500 automotive brands with an accent on AI-driven workforce and staffing solutions. Focus on building C-suite relationships, leading strategic consultative presentations, and driving multimillion-dollar enterprise sales cycles.

Location: Must reside in a U.S. state; hybrid setup requiring face-to-face client meetings in the Dallas Metro and/or Orange County areas.

Salary: $80,000 – $100,000

What you will do

  • Manage and grow multimillion-dollar global accounts for Fortune 500 automotive brands.
  • Identify new opportunities and pitch AI-driven workforce and staffing solutions.
  • Lead consultative presentations and manage major client proposals (RFPs).
  • Build strategic relationships with C-suite executives across Marketing, HR, and Procurement.
  • Partner with internal recruiting, product, and finance teams to deliver custom client solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in a U.S. state.
  • 3–5 years of consultative B2B sales experience in staffing, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Proven success managing large enterprise accounts with complex stakeholder environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and navigating matrixed organizations.

Nice to have

  • Experience within digital, marketing, creative, or technology-related industries.
  • Familiarity with MSP environments and procurement-led sales cycles.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve sales effectiveness.
