Location: Must reside in a U.S. state; hybrid setup requiring face-to-face client meetings in the Dallas Metro and/or Orange County areas.
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000

What you will do
- Manage and grow multimillion-dollar global accounts for Fortune 500 automotive brands.
- Identify new opportunities and pitch AI-driven workforce and staffing solutions.
- Lead consultative presentations and manage major client proposals (RFPs).
- Build strategic relationships with C-suite executives across Marketing, HR, and Procurement.
- Partner with internal recruiting, product, and finance teams to deliver custom client solutions.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside in a U.S. state.
- 3–5 years of consultative B2B sales experience in staffing, SaaS, or professional services.
- Proven success managing large enterprise accounts with complex stakeholder environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and navigating matrixed organizations.
Nice to have
- Experience within digital, marketing, creative, or technology-related industries.
- Familiarity with MSP environments and procurement-led sales cycles.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve sales effectiveness.
