What you will do
- Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts within the Swedish industrial and telecom sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI, contact center automation, and operational efficiency.
- Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building business cases for senior executives and economic buyers.
- Develop account strategies to navigate complex procurement and organizational structures.
- Partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure successful onboarding and expansion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders on generative AI and voice interface trends.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology.
- Native or full professional proficiency in Swedish; strong English for internal collaboration.
- Must be based in Sweden (preference for Stockholm).
- Proven success managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Well-connected in the Swedish industrials and telecom landscape with an existing executive network.
- Experience translating complex technical solutions into business value for product and engineering leaders.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
- Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Sweden.
