What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in Sweden, focusing on Financial Services & Insurance.
- Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI and ElevenAgents to drive efficiency and engagement.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and create business cases for senior executives.
- Develop account strategies to expand presence within regulated Swedish financial organizations.
- Partner with Customer Success and Engineering for smooth onboarding and expansion.
- Educate C-suite leaders on generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders (IT, legal, procurement).
- Existing network of senior decision-makers in the Swedish financial services landscape.
- Ability to translate complex AI technology into measurable business value for product leaders.
- Native or full professional proficiency in Swedish.
- Strong English proficiency for internal collaboration.
