Salary: $71,410 - $107,110 per year

What you will do

  • Manage and ensure the safety of a production team consisting of 15-50 members per shift.
  • Oversee production processes to ensure schedules and quality goals are met through resource and equipment guidance.
  • Drive continuous improvement goals related to safety, quality, cost, and customer service.
  • Train team members to ensure job responsibilities are performed effectively and safely.
  • Enforce plant rules, regulations, and sanitation procedures to maintain a food-safe environment.
  • Evaluate team member performance and provide guidance for improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or able to work onsite in Warden, WA, USA.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree, OR minimum 4 years of relevant industry experience, OR previous supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
