What you will do

• Assemble metal and wood products such as doors and windows following established procedures.
• Operate various machinery including drill presses, punch presses, and sawing equipment.
• Assist in assigning personnel to daily tasks and ensure proper job rotation.
• Provide leadership and support to the department in the absence of the Operations Team Leader.
• Identify workflow issues and recommend improvements to current production processes.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of equipment status and maintenance needs.

• Ability to perform all assembly positions and operate industrial machinery safely.
