What you will do

• Lead and regulate daily work assignments for the chemistry production team.
• Oversee chemical production processes including raw material handling, mixing, and packaging.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures and conduct in-process testing.
• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and warehouse teams.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior leadership or team lead experience in a production setting strongly preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to work on-site in Fort Myers, Florida.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
