What you will do

• Assist transportation providers with inquiries, scheduling, modifications, and cancellations.
• Document and investigate complaints or incidents to maintain detailed records.
• Respond to provider concerns and escalate unresolved grievances to appropriate departments.
• Ensure accurate entry of trip-related data and process corrections.
• Answer the transportation provider call line with professionalism and courtesy.
• Participate in required meetings and assigned projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Composure under pressure and ability to maintain professionalism during high call volumes.
• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry and organizational skills.
