MPN Concierge Agent

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $17.50 – $25.35 per hour

What you will do

• Manage inbound and outbound calls from injured workers, attorneys, and claims examiners to locate and schedule MPN physicians.
• Respond to emails and faxes regarding medical access and provider information.
• Coordinate appointments between injured workers and medical providers.
• Support the Network Operations Team with provider validations and data maintenance.
• Interface with Claims Examiners to facilitate efficient scheduling processes.
• Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders while meeting quality and timeliness standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of at least 50 wpm with 85% accuracy.
• Ability to manage mental stress in a dynamic, high-volume workload environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Previous call center or customer service experience.
• Experience in California Workers’ Compensation Managed Care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
