What you will do

• Launch AED Management Program conferences and webinars
• Maintain oversight of assigned National Accounts
• Handle extensive phone, email, and chat interactions with clients
• Implement new orders and ensure complete registration
• Conduct governmental notifications for AED program clients
• Resolve service issues like bounced emails, failed checks, out-of-compliance sites, and duplicate registrations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Customer service experience
• Team player with strong listening skills and attention to detail
