What you will do

• Utilize payer web portals to obtain and update patient insurance information.
• Verify insurance details against scanned cards to ensure account accuracy.
• Follow established procedures for filing claims after system updates.
• Document all actions taken within internal and client host systems.
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards set by departmental policies.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and information security protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically basic Excel skills.
• Strong organizational, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well both individually and in a team environment.
• Must possess a smartphone for multifactor authentication and security purposes.

• Prior experience with insurance verification.
