What you will do

• Act as a liaison between the Phone Audit Manager, auditors, and insureds to facilitate workflow.
• Manage high call volumes (8-12 calls per hour) to schedule or cancel audit and inspection appointments.
• Correspond with policyholders, CPAs, and agents to gather necessary information for audits.
• Communicate audit requirements to insureds to ensure proper preparation.
• Maintain and update contact notes and job status in the AuSum system.
• Assign audits to phone auditors once required information is received.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Professional phone, chat, and email communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
