What you will do

• Architect and govern comprehensive enterprise semantic models.
• Manage hybrid semantic estates, including legacy SSAS and modern Microsoft Fabric datasets.
• Design and implement complex security frameworks to ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Optimize model performance by analyzing query plans, cardinality, and memory footprint.
• Implement software engineering best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control.
• Mentor junior and associate engineers on dimensional modeling and advanced DAX patterns.

Requirements

• 6 years of progressive experience in analytics engineering or BI architecture.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Advanced DAX.
• Deep knowledge of Dimensional Modeling (Star Schema) and Composite Models.
• Experience with Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit, and Power BI Service.
• Must obtain Epic Cogito Certification within one year of start date.
• Must obtain Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600) within one year of start date.
