What you will do

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and drive business decisions.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders using Looker to ensure automated, actionable insights.
• Design and implement robust data models ensuring integrity and consistency.
• Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning models to solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and product teams to optimize data pipelines.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a data-driven culture across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, CS, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data management
• Experience working with healthcare claims data (medical or pharmacy)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field
• Familiarity with standard claims formats, diagnosis codes, and procedure codes
