Learning Operations Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Own and optimize the Dayforce LMS, including governance, user experience, system support, and adoption.
• Import, organize, maintain, and govern learning content, catalogs, libraries, competency frameworks, and learning paths.
• Analyze learning data and create reporting to support workforce development, compliance, and business decisions.
• Maintain learner records, certifications, training completions, and regulatory compliance data.
• Partner with vendors, HR, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders on learning solutions, integrations, content, and reporting.
• Manage learning support requests and identify automation, standardization, process improvements, and technology innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience focused on LMS administration and learning and development operations.
• Experience with third-party learning content providers, LMS content integration, governance, catalog optimization, and learner engagement support.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and SCORM, AICC, and xAPI file formats.
• Experience with learning technologies such as Adobe Captivate or Scribe, Microsoft tools, and reporting systems; Power BI experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and process improvement skills.
