Salary: $84,100–$110,300 annually

What you will do

• Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions, including e-learning, instructor-led, blended, video, and embedded performance support.
• Create custom and adapted learning content with operational examples, practice activities, scenarios, and simulations.
• Build and maintain learning assets using Articulate Rise, Storyline, and other authoring tools.
• Partner with business leaders, frontline managers, HR, and subject matter experts to translate business needs and performance gaps into practical learning solutions.
• Use AI-enabled tools for analysis, content creation, and scenario development while maintaining instructional quality.
• Improve learning content and learner experiences using feedback and evaluation data, while contributing reusable assets, templates, and design standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience designing and building interactive, scenario-based learning content.
• At least 1 year of experience with Articulate Storyline or similar modern authoring tools.
• At least 1 year of experience developing SCORM or xAPI-based learning content, or embedded push/workflow-based learning solutions.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in instructional systems design, educational technology, or a related field.
• Certification in instructional design, workflow-based learning, or learning measurement.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with AI-assisted authoring tools, modern learning platforms, and learning data.
• Portfolio demonstrating learner-centered design, practical application, and business relevance.
