TL;DR
Learning Program Manager (Corporate Learning): Leading complex learning programs and Kearney University operations with an accent on project planning, stakeholder coordination, workflow automation, and operational reporting. Focus on managing dependencies, risks, budgets, dashboards, and process improvements while supporting regulated, compliance-focused workforce development.

Location: Hybrid, onsite 2–3 days per week in Alexandria, Virginia; U.S. citizenship required to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Work location may change based on client requirements.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year, plus potential bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

  • Lead complex learning programs and projects from planning through implementation, including program development, system enhancements, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage project plans, milestones, resources, dependencies, budgets, risks, and deliverables across internal teams, subject-matter experts, vendors, and contractors.
  • Support Kearney University’s day-to-day operations and recurring processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Use Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, and other business systems to improve workflows, automate processes, and strengthen data integrity.
  • Analyze operational data, build reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, communicate risks and decisions, track action items, and implement improvements to processes, workflows, systems, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • At least 3 years of progressive project, program, or operations management experience, preferably in corporate learning, professional services, or a similarly complex environment.
  • Experience independently managing multiple complex projects and stakeholders with strong organization, communication, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Strong analytical and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of data, metrics, and reporting for business decisions.
  • Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Alexandria, Virginia.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice to have

  • Background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, or similar business intelligence and automation tools.
  • Experience in professional services, government contracting, or a regulated or compliance-focused environment.
