What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound outreach to prospects and lapsed customers.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to expand Offerwall distribution across loyalty, gaming, and fintech platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective publisher opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Customize product offerings based on a deep understanding of specific customer segment needs.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and profit quotas.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.A.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Performance Marketing.
  • Proven experience working with Offerwall platforms on the supply/publisher side.
  • Strong understanding of rewarded user acquisition, loyalty programs, and digital advertising ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing strategic publisher partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and partnership contracts.
