Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN. Candidates within 50 miles must work in-office at least 8 days per month. Preference for candidates in US Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones.
Salary: $98,500 – $172,700 USD (eligible for commission)

What you will do
- Lead and manage top-tier strategic partnerships to drive revenue and business growth.
- Develop and execute detailed go-to-market plans in alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product) to ensure optimal partner engagement.
- Oversee the integration of solutions with partner offerings from ideation to roll-out.
- Manage contractual obligations, royalty fees, and invoicing for the assigned partner portfolio.
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to track pipeline, product usage, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in developing alliances and revenue-generating partnerships.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with product and software development processes.
- Strong negotiation, business planning, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
