Sales Channel & Affiliates Manager (SaaS): Leading top-tier strategic partnerships to increase business value and revenue growth with an accent on go-to-market plans, partner enablement, and contractual management. Focus on driving solution adoption, managing high-level stakeholder relationships, and expanding the partner ecosystem within the financial services industry.

Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN. Candidates within 50 miles must work in-office at least 8 days per month. Preference for candidates in US Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones.

Salary: $98,500 – $172,700 USD (eligible for commission)

What you will do

  • Lead and manage top-tier strategic partnerships to drive revenue and business growth.
  • Develop and execute detailed go-to-market plans in alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product) to ensure optimal partner engagement.
  • Oversee the integration of solutions with partner offerings from ideation to roll-out.
  • Manage contractual obligations, royalty fees, and invoicing for the assigned partner portfolio.
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to track pipeline, product usage, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in developing alliances and revenue-generating partnerships.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with product and software development processes.
  • Strong negotiation, business planning, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
