Location: Must be based in Denver, Colorado; hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in-office.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 USD (OTE)

hirify.global is a fast-growing developer security company building software to securely interconnect people and devices across any network.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts to drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Educate clients on new feature releases and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to maximize account value.
  • Provide accurate weekly revenue forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Create and execute mutual success plans with customers to expand usage.
  • Participate in video-recorded customer meetings for training and quality improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Denver, Colorado and able to work hybrid (3 days/week in-office).
  • Up to 1 year of quota-carrying or closing experience in an AE or AM role.
  • Experience selling developer or technical products, ideally in a PLG motion.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple opportunities and meeting sales quotas.
  • Experience presenting to senior managers and executives.
  • Proficiency with sales tools like Gong or similar pipeline management software.

  • Experience in a high-growth software startup environment.
  • Strong proactive prospecting skills.
