What you will do

  • Manage complex calendars for the CEO and leadership, resolving conflicts and proactively addressing scheduling issues.
  • Coordinate all travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, with the ability to adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Handle meeting and dinner coordination across NYC, selecting appropriate venues based on strong local knowledge.
  • Maintain high responsiveness to requests outside standard business hours, including early mornings and evenings.
  • Apply business context to prioritize competing requests and make informed decisions on the CEO's behalf.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador and handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New York City with deep familiarity with local restaurants, venues, and logistics.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Demonstrated willingness to be responsive outside traditional business hours, including early mornings and evenings.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing complex, shifting calendars.
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
