IT Service Delivery Manager: Leading the sustainment and enhancement of information technology solutions for the Sauder School of Business with an accent on operational excellence, technical staff management, and stakeholder collaboration. Location: Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada ( Vancouver Campus).
Compensation: $10,155.00 – $15,842.17 CAD Monthly.

What you will do
- Lead and mentor technical and managerial staff to sustain and enhance IT solutions.
- Develop and execute IT operational plans, processes, and practices.
- Provide hands-on technical direction for SaaS, PaaS, and on-premise technology stacks.
- Collaborate with IT, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver reliable IT services.
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure contractual obligations and service quality goals are met.
- Lead information system security mitigation and compliance initiatives in coordination with the CISO.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline required.
- Minimum of eight years of related experience, including at least two years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of IT operations and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Proven ability to build relationships and consult with vendors and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Must be able to work onsite at the Vancouver campus.
Nice to have
- Degree in Computer Science or Business Operations.
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Workday, Microsoft Fabric/Power BI, and Learning Management Systems.
- Familiarity with ML/AI trends in higher education.
- Experience in change management, budgeting, and conflict resolution.
