Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading complex consulting or transformation engagements.
• Proven management consulting experience in strategy, transformation, or program delivery.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-stakeholder programs in complex organizations.
• Eligibility to work in Canada and/or the United States.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
• Excellent facilitation and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• 8+ years in banking, payments, or cash management operations.
• Experience with cohort or wave-based delivery models.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Certifications such as PMP, Prosci, Agile, or CTP.
