Salary: $108,750 – $131,250 CAD + up to 20% performance bonus

What you will do

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for 1–3 active client engagements simultaneously.
• Own the commercial health of accounts, including profitability, margin monitoring, and burn rate management.
• Write and negotiate Statements of Work (SOW) for new project phases and account expansions.
• Be accountable for delihirify.global health, specifically regarding scope, schedule, and quality.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on larger engagements to handle steering and client strategy.
• Coach team members on professional client services communication and expectation management.

Requirements

• Must reside in Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience in client services, technical program management, or delihirify.global-facing roles at a tech consultancy or product company.
• Proven ability to write and negotiate Statements of Work independently.
• Technical fluency in IoT, connected hardware, or complex technical product development.
• No visa sponsorship provided; must be authorized to travel within the US.

Nice to have

• Background in electronics hardware, firmware, or embedded systems product development.
• History of working directly with contract manufacturers.
• Experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering roles.
• 3+ years of experience specifically within a consultancy environment.
