Sales Development Representative (AI)

What you will do

• Build hirify.global’s outbound sales motion for the US market, including messaging, target-account lists, and processes.
• Identify high-potential enterprise prospects through creative and personalized prospecting.
• Develop relationships with prospects, qualify leads, and create high-quality opportunities.
• Own a customer pipeline and lead discovery calls that communicate the product’s value.
• Work closely with the Account Executive to prepare product demos and support the sales cycle.
• Represent hirify.global at trade fairs and industry events while sharing market insights with Product Owners.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in B2B software or technology sales.
• Experience navigating large accounts with 1,000–5,000+ employees and complex decision-making structures.
• Proficiency in personalized multichannel outreach, CRM tools, HubSpot, and Sales Navigator.
• Strong outbound-sales drive combined with a consultative approach.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
