Salary: $66,900–$89,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations to meet targets for output, on-time delivery, and quality.
• Manage staffing, shift coverage, and workload distribution to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members, including performance management and conducting reviews.
• Own team KPIs and operational metrics, ensuring accurate communication and goal alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and root-cause analysis in partnership with the Production Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and training policies, including ITAR regulations.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or refugee/asylee due to ITAR compliance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop hourly employees.
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency with computer systems, Windows software, and digital ERP/MES platforms.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or an engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of additive manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading a team of at least 5 employees.
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, or ISO 13485:2016.
