What you will do

• Provide advanced analytical support to clients regarding AI model adoption and risk scoring.
• Lead pricing consultations for Group Health SAIL and Renewal products.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Data Science, Product, and Sales to support client renewals and new sales.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to evaluate submission performance and pricing risk.
• Build and refine complex Excel models to stress-test pricing assumptions.
• Communicate technical mathematical and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, population health, or claims analysis with an actuarial perspective.
• Strong quantitative background in Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative role.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (implied by 401k/US benefits).
