What you will do

• Define and own the metrics framework for hirify.global.AI, including KPIs for automation rates, workflow completion, and customer trust.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to decompose drivers of AI adoption and identify areas for roadmap prioritization.
• Build AI-augmented analytics systems and scalable infrastructure using dbt to automate insight extraction.
• Serve as the analytical connective tissue across cross-functional teams including Payments, Growth, and AP Product.
• Design and analyze experiments in new product domains where historical precedents are limited.
• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level analysts by providing technical feedback and guidance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role within a technology or fintech environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python.
• Experience with dbt and designing production-grade data models.
• Proven track record of building metrics frameworks from the ground up in ambiguous product areas.
• Experience building or integrating with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic).
• Strong experience with A/B testing and experiment design.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience applying NLP or LLM techniques to analyze qualitative data at scale.
• Background in financial operations, fintech, or payments data domains.
• Familiarity with AI workflow automation tools like n8n.
