Salary: $196,000 - $247,940

What you will do
- Architect and own the unified semantic and data layer connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance data.
- Define and drive the AI transformation strategy to improve GTM efficiency, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a technical team of data/analytics engineers as a hands-on player-coach.
- Design and maintain core data models, pipelines, and analytics products for stakeholders from ICs to executives.
- Evaluate and deploy AI tools and vendors, translating emerging capabilities into practical, high-value use cases.
- Establish data governance, quality standards, and documentation practices to ensure scalability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or revenue/GTM analytics.
- Deep hands-on expertise in SQL, dbt, and modern data warehousing (ETL/ELT pipelines).
- Proven experience leading AI adoption or AI-enabled transformation within a GTM organization.
- Track record as a player-coach, having built and led technical teams while remaining deeply hands-on.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical work into business impact for executives.
- Must be based in the USA (NYC preferred)
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or healthtech environments.
- Familiarity with LLM-based agents, copilots, and automation platforms applied to GTM use cases.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Clay, Snowflake, BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, or Python.
- Experience with B2B2C customer models.
