hirify.global provides the infrastructure layer for launching, managing, and utilizing stablecoins in everyday applications, supporting payments and embedded finance for financial institutions.

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery and solutioning to proposal and closing.
  • Lead technical demos and explain complex fund flows and API integrations without dedicated sales engineering support.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments involving technical, legal, and compliance decision-makers.
  • Maintain high pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasting, and clear documentation in the CRM.
  • Convert high-intent inbound leads and execute targeted outbound strategies.
  • Contribute to team development by sharing playbooks and coaching junior account executives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience closing B2B deals in payments, fintech, or API infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing self-generated pipeline.
  • Ability to manage sophisticated, multi-threaded discovery across technical and executive buyers.
  • Strong discipline in CRM management and sales forecasting.
  • Experience mentoring or leveling up junior teammates.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience with stablecoins, crypto, or regulated financial products.
  • Background in technical solution selling.
