What you will do
- Manage and build strong relationships across a book of key Radar clients.
- Drive account expansion through strategic upselling and referrals to new products.
- Demonstrate new features and platform products to clients to enhance their workflows.
- Develop pricing strategies to optimize the cross-selling of products and services.
- Engage senior decision-makers to identify and capitalize on future business opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client interaction records via CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in account management, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and ability to build relationships within buy-side, sell-side, and advisory communities.
- Proven track record of managing and growing an enterprise book of business (min $1m+).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for concise and accurate messaging.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
