What you will do

  • Manage and build strong relationships across a book of key hirify.global Radar clients.
  • Drive account expansion through strategic upselling and referrals to new products.
  • Demonstrate new features and platform products to clients to enhance their workflows.
  • Develop pricing strategies to optimize the cross-selling of hirify.global products and services.
  • Engage senior decision-makers to identify and capitalize on future business opportunities.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client interaction records via CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in account management, B2B sales, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and ability to build relationships within buy-side, sell-side, and advisory communities.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing an enterprise book of business (min $1m+).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for concise and accurate messaging.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
