What you will do

• Drive client growth by expanding usage across new countries, product modules, and eligible populations.
• Own strategic relationships as the primary contact for post-launch Embed clients across Product, Ops, and Commercial teams.
• Conduct structured QBRs to align stakeholders and drive long-term partnership value.
• Manage client-level escalations and coordinate resolutions across internal Product and Operations teams.
• Track account performance across revenue, satisfaction, and operational health to surface trends and risks.
• Distil client feedback into actionable insights to shape the Embed partnership model and product roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or customer success.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with experience in forecasting and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of how API-driven or embedded products work.
• Location: Must be based in London (Hybrid)
