Location: Must be based in the US (Hybrid in NYC or Boston, or Remote on the East Coast)

Compensation: $140,000 – $155,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end IT systems, including employee support, hardware procurement, and software access.
• Oversee device lifecycle management, including deployment, configuration, and retirement.
• Administer MDM solutions and identity providers like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
• Maintain office networking, AV systems, and VPN infrastructure.
• Partner with security teams to ensure HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance through robust security hygiene.
• Develop and document scalable IT processes, runbooks, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT, systems administration, or IT support.
• Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Jamf, Kandji, or Intune.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi) and security (MFA, SSO, endpoint protection).
• Must be based in the US (NYC/Boston hybrid or East Coast remote).
• Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC 2) is a strong plus.
