What you will do

• Own the architecture and administration of core SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta.
• Build robust automations and API integrations using Python and Terraform to enable zero-touch onboarding/offboarding.
• Drive IAM strategy by implementing SSO connections, SCIM provisioning, and RBAC across the SaaS ecosystem.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and tooling to accelerate IT operations and cross-platform troubleshooting.
• Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex identity, MDM, and authentication challenges.
• Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects focusing on reliability, user experience, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT engineering or systems administration experience in a high-growth technology environment.
• Deep expertise managing Okta and enterprise platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Bash and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Hands-on experience using AI and LLM tools (e.g., Writer, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for IT operations.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences from engineers to executives.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY
